U.S. Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. You will coach a team, promote customer-centered service, and collaborate with partners to help individuals and businesses reach their financial goals.

The role requires working from a U.S. Bank location five days a week and delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3–4 years of experience in a sales, retail management, or banking environment
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
• Solid understanding of regulatory, policy and compliance issues

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage branch(es) to achieve goals and ensure adherence to banking laws and regulations
• Regularly coach, develop, mentor, and train team members; exercise independent judgement
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to appropriate products and services
• Lead customer experience and motivate the team to expand the local customer base
• Promote U.S. Bank products/services and collaborate with partners (wealth, business banking, mortgage, payments)
