Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or six months of teller and sales experience.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting client satisfaction and sales goals.
• Excellent client service, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task and stay detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Proficient in PC, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
• Ability to work occasional weekends and extended hours when needed.
• Ability to commute to primary work location and other sites within driving distance.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance to tellers, including scheduling and coaching.
• Cross-sell products and generate leads for the sales team.
• Deliver exceptional service by building client relationships and identifying needs.
• Follow security procedures and banking regulations while adhering to policies.
• Conduct performance discussions and staff training; communicate policy updates.
• Assist with teller and platform transactions such as check cashing and openings.
• Act as key support to ensure smooth branch operations.
