Job summary

Knellwolf is seeking a Branch Manager support role to assist in all facets of daily operations, member service, and staff leadership. You will participate in cross-selling products and ensuring accurate account maintenance while maintaining cash controls across MSR, vault, and ATM functions.

The role requires familiarity with BSA/AML regulations, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Travel to branches and Saturday work may be required.

• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act & AML regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in all branch operations and duties in their absence.
• Educate and cross-sell credit union products to members.
• Assist with transactions, data changes, and account maintenance.
• Perform regular cash audits of MSR drawers, vault, and ATM cash if applicable.
• Provide feedback on interviewing and performance reviews; handle member complaints.
• Willingness to travel to branches and work Saturdays as scheduled.
