Job summary

Members 1st invites applications for an Assistant Branch Manager I role. You will supervise daily branch operations, ensure accuracy and high levels of member satisfaction, and guide growth of deposits, loans, and service metrics.

You will recruit and coach staff, enforce credit union policies, and promote a consultative sales culture that connects members to technology and self-service options. Travel and coverage for other departments may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch operations and ensure member satisfaction.

• Provide coverage for other departments as needed.
