Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to join our team in a branch setting. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming environment, guide staff, and ensure precise handling of client transactions while complying with bank policies.

You'll promote self-service options, manage lobby flow, support audits and loss control, and build lasting relationships by educating clients and directing them to the right experts. Weekend and evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• You follow policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.

• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to solutions.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth, secure operations.
