Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to join our neighborhood branch. You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure exceptional client experiences, accurate transactions, and compliant operations.

You will guide lobby flow, promote self-service options, and lead daily branch operations, loss control, and audits. The role requires weekend/evening availability and a base focus on building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Follows policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Detail-oriented and organized to juggle tasks efficiently.
• Strong leadership and operational proficiency in branch work.
• Educates the branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Builds meaningful client relationships and referrals to experts.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow.
• Engage clients with clear communication and queue management.
• Lead branch operations, cash devices, and policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 access.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits.
