Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to co-manage a welcoming branch, ensuring accurate transactions and strong client relationships. You will guide lobby flow, handle cash devices, and maintain compliance while promoting self-service options to improve the customer banking experience.

You will train and lead team members, partner with the Branch Manager, and help drive loss control and audit readiness across daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Lead operations, manage cash devices, and ensure adherence to bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options and maintain loss control, compliance, and audits.
