Job summary

Centralbancompany is seeking an experienced branch supervisor to assist in daily operations, manage teller and vault activities, and ensure adherence to procedures. The role includes coaching staff on sales, resolving customer issues, and supporting the Retail Branch Manager with performance reviews.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, supervisory capabilities, and knowledge of banking products while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; training and experience in banking preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise staff, coach on sales, and ensure compliance with bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of day-to-day operations in the branch.
• Assign duties and work schedules to ensure efficient operation.
• Oversee teller and vault operations; provide guidance and training to personnel.
• Approve customer transactions as needed.
• Assist with problem resolution for tellers and customers.
• Coach branch personnel on sales skills and identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct staff huddles for motivation and participate in sales programs.
• Participate with Retail Branch Manager in personnel decisions and performance reviews.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and development processes.
• Meet performance requirements of Universal Banker including teller transactions.
