Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day branch activities and ensure a welcoming, compliant environment. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining loss control and regulatory adherence.

You will lead cash handling, client engagement, and coordination of operations, including self-service education and ensuring smooth lobby flow, with weekend/evening shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized while juggling tasks.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in branch settings.
• Ability to educate and uplift the branch team and partners.
• Engage with clients and refer them to specialists as needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience; high school/GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialty financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to maintain secure operations.
