Job summary

You will guide the branch team, promote self-service options, support loss control and audits, and build lasting client relationships by teaching and referring to our experts.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and banking regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency.
• Ability to educate the branch team and partners.
• Excellent client relationship skills and referral to experts.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and ensure error-free transactions.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to empower clients.
• Support branch operations with emphasis on loss control, compliance, and audits.
