Responsibilities

• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate their needs during visits.
• Oversee branch operations including cash devices (cash vault, ATM) and issue resolution.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and meet financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients at all hours.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to maintain branch security and standards.
