Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to drive frontline operations, welcome clients, and lead the team in a fast-paced retail banking environment. You will manage lobby flow, process transactions, and promote self-service options while building trusted relationships with clients.

You will collaborate with leadership to maintain loss control, compliance, and audits, ensuring a smooth, secure banking experience for customers across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Keep a keen eye for detail and stay organized while juggling tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency in branch duties.
• Educate the branch team and partners to stay connected and informed.
• Build meaningful client relationships and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment and ensure a superior client experience.
• Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trust.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during check-in.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking outside branch hours.
• Support operations, loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
