Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee branch performance, drive client-focused service, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory standards. You will partner with the Branch Manager to coach the team, manage cash operations, and promote self-service options to enhance the client experience.

You will engage with clients, lead operational excellence, and support audits while maintaining a welcoming branch environment and strong community presence.

• You can work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch environment focused on exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients on entry and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to appropriate self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the vault and ATM; address client issues with attention to detail.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless, compassionate service and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to give clients account access anytime, anywhere.
• Support all branch operations with emphasis on loss control, compliance, and audits.
