Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager and team, delivering exceptional client experiences while ensuring compliance and operational excellence in daily branch activities.

You will guide staff, optimize lobby flow, support transactions, promote self-service, and uphold loss control and regulatory standards, enabling the branch to meet and exceed service and safety goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-energy branch atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients as they enter the branch and assist with transactions, lobby flow, and meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand needs and guide them to appropriate solutions.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices and ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and support collaborative service delivery for complex needs.
• Promote self-service options to help clients access accounts anytime, anywhere.
• Support branch operations by upholding loss control, compliance, and audits.
