Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager, supervise branch activities, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will guide staff in transactions, lobby flow, and relationship-building while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

You will lead operations, manage cash devices, and promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients, while supporting audits and loss control in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• Lead and collaborate with branch team to ensure transaction accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to empower clients to access accounts anytime.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure and efficient.
