Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to appropriate services.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices like cash vault and ATM, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and solve specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking around the clock.
• Support branch operations, maintaining loss control, compliance, and audit readiness.
