Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to join our branch team, collaborating with the Branch Manager to provide an exceptional client experience while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on guiding the lobby flow, managing transactions, and leading branch operations to deliver accurate, secure service.

You will educate clients and staff, promote self-service tools, and maintain loss control and audit readiness, including weekend and evening

Qualifications

• Adhere to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized, detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Lead and train branch staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Educate clients and partners, guiding them to appropriate services.
• Engage with clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and manage lobby flow; assist with transactions.
• Communicate clearly to understand and meet client needs; manage waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations; handle cash devices and maintain accuracy.
• Introduce clients to team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for customers' convenience.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits across branch operations.
