Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering a welcoming and compliant client experience. You will oversee daily branch operations, balance cash handling tasks, and guide staff to uphold the highest standards of service and security.

As part of the team, you will educate colleagues, manage client interactions, and promote self-service options to simplify banking.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and stay organized across multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency while working with a team.
• Educate the branch team and partners to stay connected and informed.
• Engage clients and refer them to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED or foreign equivalent required.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients through the bank experience.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATMs, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 account access.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits to keep the branch secure and efficient.
