Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager and team to deliver exceptional client experiences and uphold branch standards across operations. You will model welcoming service, coach staff, monitor daily workflows, and drive improvements.

You will lead lobby interactions, assist with transactions, promote self-service options, and ensure loss prevention, regulatory compliance, and smooth audits in a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

• You adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• You must stay organized and detail oriented to juggle tasks.
• You lead with strong operational proficiency and ensure accurate transactions.
• You educate the branch team and partners to stay connected and informed.
• You build meaningful client connections and guide them to experts when needed.
• You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• You can work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience.
• College degree or military equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices and ensuring policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking any time, day or night.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits.
