Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, lobby flow, and meetings.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM.
• Provide clear, courteous communication; anticipate client needs.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to maintain branch security.
