Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch environment and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand and meet their needs; manage waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the vault and ATMs; resolve issues per policy.
• Introduce clients to the team to deliver seamless service and address specialized needs.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 account access.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, ensuring loss control, compliance, and audits.
