• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to services.
• Lead branch operations: manage cash devices, resolve issues, ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for easy, around-the-clock access to accounts.
• Support branch operations, uphold loss control, compliance and audits.
