You will lead daily branch operations, manage cash devices, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and audits while guiding the team to exceed service expectations.

The role requires at least 1+ year of retail banking experience and flexibility to work weekends/evenings; travel is not a primary requirement.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and stay organized.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency in branch tasks.
• Educate and keep the branch team and partners informed.
• Build meaningful client connections and educate them when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience; ability to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Lead branch operations, cash devices, and resolve client issues.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and queue them smoothly.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options and support branch operations, audits, and compliance.
