Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand and address needs.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and collaborate to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to maintain a secure branch environment.
