Job summary

East West Bank, based in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to join a high-touch banking team. You will help customers with cash, deposits, transfers, and loan payments across online and mobile platforms while supervising junior staff.

You will partner with the Assistant Branch Manager to drive sales, service excellence, and operational accuracy, using digital tools to enhance the client experience and ensure compliance across branch activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service, teller, or sales experience in banking.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations and teller equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with cash, deposits, transfers, and loan payments.
• Supervise junior staff and approve actions as needed.
• Support the Assistant Branch Manager to achieve sales and service goals.
• Refer customers to Business Relationship Managers and/or Financial Consultants for needs.
• Lead in using digital resources to optimize clients’ digital banking experience.
• Educate clients on online/mobile banking and ATM usage.
• Provide back up support to the Assistant Branch Manager for audits and certifications.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
