Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to manage day-to-day branch activities and lead a team in delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager, greet clients, manage lobby flow and branch operations while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures. This role emphasizes leadership, training, and building lasting client relationships in a retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain keen attention to detail and stay organized to juggle tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Educate and inform the branch team and partners to stay connected.
• Build meaningful client relationships and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Requires a high school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support all branch operations, including loss control, compliance and audits.
