Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to solutions.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices (e.g., cash vault, ATM), and uphold policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure branch smooth operation.
