• Support the Assistant Branch Manager in leading the branch team to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence.
• Refer customers to Relationship Managers/Financial Consultants for needs assessment and cross-selling.
• Utilize digital resources to optimize clients' online banking experience.
• Educate clients on online and mobile banking; provide backup for branch certifications and audits.
