Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to drive a welcoming, high-service branch culture while overseeing daily operations and compliance. You will work with the Branch Manager to ensure accurate transactions and effective risk controls, and actively educate the team to elevate client experiences.

You will guide client interactions, promote self-service tools, and coordinate with specialists to meet complex financial needs, while ensuring smooth, secure branch performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices like the vault and ATM; resolve client issues promptly.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Promote self-service options to simplify client banking anytime, anywhere.
• Support branch operations, maintain loss control, compliance and audit standards.
