Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager and drive exceptional client experiences in a busy branch. You will guide transactions, promote self-service options, and ensure accurate operations while upholding policies and audits.

Responsibilities include leading lobby flow, managing cash devices, resolving issues, and coaching the team to deliver trusted service across the community.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.
• Strong adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with transactions and guide them to self-service options.
• Greet clients and manage lobby flow to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and audits.
• Resolve client issues promptly with attention to detail.
• Build relationships and refer clients to experts as needed.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to maintain loss control and compliance.
• Coach branch team on processes and standards.
