• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices and maintaining accuracy and security.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs to elevate service.
• Promote self-service options to allow clients 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth branch operations.
