Qualifications

• Ability to refer clients to experts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication and queue management for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and compliance; resolve client issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to access accounts anytime.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits with Branch Manager.
