JPMorganChase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to drive a welcoming client experience, oversee daily lobby activity, and supervise branch operations. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include cash management, staff coordination, and guiding the team in self-service adoption while maintaining high standards for audits and loss prevention.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Strong adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead and coordinate branch operations and audits.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, schedule meetings.
• Lead branch operations, cash vault/ATM management, issue resolution with accuracy.
• Introduce clients to the team for seamless service and cross-sell opportunities.
• Educate clients on self-service options and access channels.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to maintain branch standards.
