Qualifications

• Must adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organization to juggle multiple tasks
• Leadership skills and operational proficiency to ensure transaction accuracy
• Ability to educate and keep the branch team informed
• Excellent client interaction skills and ability to refer to experts when needed
• 1+ years of retail banking experience
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients entering the branch and assist with transactions, lobby flow and meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand and help their needs.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices (cash vault, ATM), and ensure policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Promote self-service options to allow 24/7 account access for clients.
• Support all aspects of branch operations including loss control, compliance and audits.
