Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager, greet clients, manage lobby flow, and drive accurate transactions. You will lead daily operations, ensure compliance, and promote self-service options while building lasting client relationships.

The role requires leadership, detail orientation, and 1+ years of retail banking experience with the ability to work weekends and evenings in a branch setting.

Qualifications

• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during check-in.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support all branch operations, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
