Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to drive a welcoming, efficient branch. You will work with the Branch Manager to ensure accurate transactions, strong loss control, and adherence to policies while coaching the team and engaging clients.

You’ll lead operations, manage lobby flow, promote self-service options, and foster lasting client relationships in a dynamic retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency.
• Educate branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Engage clients and refer them to our experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during visits.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Promote self-service options to empower clients to access their accounts anytime.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure secure, smooth operation.
