Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to support daily branch management, ensure accurate transactions, and drive exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

You will lead a team, supervise lobby activity, and promote self-service tools while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes collaboration with the Branch Manager and precision in operations.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain attention to detail and stay organized while juggling tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency to ensure accurate transactions.
• Educate branch team and partners, keeping them informed.
• Engage clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming, high-quality client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to services.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM; resolve issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and specialized financial services.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support Branch Manager in maintaining loss control, compliance, and audits.
