Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of retail banking experience.
• Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Leadership and operational proficiency in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication; anticipate needs and guide them through self‑service options.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices (cash vault, ATM) and resolve client issues adhering to policy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team; collaborate to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self‑service options to simplify banking access for clients at all times.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure safe, smooth operations.
