Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in a Chase Branch to drive exceptional client service and robust branch operations. You will partner with the Branch Manager to ensure accurate transactions and adherence to policies while guiding a team every day.

You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, promote self-service options, and ensure compliant operations including loss control and audits. Weekend/evening availability is required as part of branch hours.

Qualifications

• Follows policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintains a keen eye for detail and stays organized to juggle tasks.
• Leads and collaborates to ensure accurate transactions.
• Educates branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Builds client relationships and refers them to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
