Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Minnesota to oversee branch operations, support the Branch Manager, and drive a culture of excellent client service. You will lead a team, ensure transaction accuracy, and promote self-service options to enhance the banking experience.

The role requires leadership, adherence to policies, and 1+ years of retail banking with availability for weekend/evening hours. Travel for training may be required as part of the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during their visit.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to enable anytime banking.
• Support all branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
