Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences while ensuring compliance and efficient branch operations. You will guide cash handling, client onboarding, and lobby flow, while mentoring staff and promoting self-service options to enhance the banking experience.

The role emphasizes adherence to policies, strong attention to detail, and leadership in a dynamic branch environment, including weekend/evening hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Strong commitment to following policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to educate and lead branch team and partners.
• Excellent client relations and ability to refer to experts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch.Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.Engage clients with clear communication; anticipate needs and check them in.Lead branch operations, including cash devices, resolve issues while following policies.Introduce clients to the branch team; build lasting relationships and address needs.Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 account access.Support all branch operations, including loss control, compliance and audits.
