Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering an exceptional client experience while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. You will guide daily branch operations, engage clients, and promote self-service options to enhance accessibility and efficiency.

You will lead a team, maintain loss control, and support audits while building lasting client relationships across our community. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detail orientation and organization to juggle multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Educate branch team and partners to stay connected and informed.
• Build meaningful client relationships and refer to our experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent; ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication, anticipate needs, and check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices (cash vault, ATM) and resolve client issues per policy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking anytime, day or night.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance and audits.
