Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in the United States to oversee daily branch functions, train staff, and ensure policy adherence. You’ll engage clients, manage lobby flow, and promote self-service tools to enhance the client experience while maintaining strong loss control and compliance.

Weekend/evening hours are required. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to deliver excellent service, resolve issues quickly, and build lasting relationships with our customers across the

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain detail and organizational focus across tasks.
• Lead and train branch staff to deliver service excellence.
• Educate and refer clients to experts as needed.
• Build client relationships and educate on services.
• 1+ years retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, lobby flow, meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and queue management.
• Lead operations: cash devices, vault, ATM; resolve issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to staff and support specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 access.
• Support branch operations, ensuring loss control, compliance and audits.
