Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to manage day-to-day branch operations and lead a team focused on delivering exceptional client service. You will supervise cash handling, lobby flow, and compliance while building trusted relationships with clients.

In this role you will educate clients, promote self-service tools, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to maintain high standards of loss control and audits. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Stay organized and detail-oriented to juggle multiple tasks.
• Lead and train branch team to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Educate clients and refer them to experts when needed.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them accordingly.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and audits while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the team to deliver seamless service with care.
• Promote self-service options to streamline client banking.
