Job summary

You will mentor staff, manage lobby flow, promote self-service options, and ensure loss control and audits are upheld in a collaborative banking environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to services.
• Lead branch operations: cash devices, vault, ATM; resolve issues per policy.
• Introduce clients to the team and specialist bankers for complex needs.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits; ensure secure, smooth operations.
