Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trust.
• Engage clients with clear communication; anticipate needs and check them into the queue.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices and the cash vault, and ensure policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and tailored financial help.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 account access.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
