Qualifications

• Educate and inform the branch team and partners.
• Engage clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and assist with queue management.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices like the vault and ATM, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
