Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients on entry, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and check clients into waiting queues for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices like cash vault and ATM, and resolve issues per policy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking anytime, day or night.
• Support branch operations, maintain loss control, compliance, and audits.
