Qualifications

• Build client relationships and guide them to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Available for weekend and evening branch hours.
• 6+ months of Associate Banker experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming, high-experience environment.
• Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs at check-in.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices, resolve issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Show clients self-service options for 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support all branch operations including loss control, compliance, and audits.
