Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in a Chase Branch to guide day-to-day operations, ensure precise customer transactions, and maintain compliance with bank policies.

You will lead a branch team, greet clients, educate them on self-service options, and build lasting relationships while upholding high standards for audits and loss control. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Detail-oriented and well organized; able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong leadership and operational proficiency; ensure transaction accuracy.
• Able to educate and inform branch team and partners.
• Build meaningful client relationships and educate them about services.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients as they enter; assist with transactions and manage lobby flow.
• Engage clients with clear communication; anticipate needs and queue management.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices; resolve issues per policy.
• Introduce clients to the friendly branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth operations.
